Annual Program Price: $129

Comprehensive safety inspections for up to three garage doors and garage door openers.
Total service for electric door openers, including setting limit switches, chain tightening, and lubrication of the whole drive mechanism.
Free check and replacement of keypad and transmitter batteries.
A thorough inspection of all nuts and bolts for defects by our expert technicians.

Maintenance lubrication of all rollers, pulleys, and cables.
Spring adjustments
All safety issues and needed repairs will be provided in writing once completed.
We’ll review the task list with you and provide you with an additional copy, with service receipt included.
A service technician will discuss any necessary repair and/or replacement suggestions with you before departure.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our double garage door got a problem. 2 upper hinges were broken. We went to the Overhead Door National office twice and tried to find old-style hinges. We were told the factory doesn’t manufacture them any more and the customer support Victoria Lee sent our request to old customers who purchased such hinges before. Unfortunately the old hinges were not found in their database and old customers’ stores. I think they tried their best to help us.
